The Healing Cheff Ministries

The Healing Cheff Ministries exists to share hope, healing, faith, and recovery with women and men who are suffering from alcoholism, addiction, and the effects these diseases have had on their lives.

Through sponsorship, mentorship, education, community, and lived experience, I help people discover that recovery is possible, healing is available, and that no one has to walk this journey alone.

I believe that by living recovery out loud, we can break the silence, shame, and isolation that keep so many sick and suffering.

I lost too many people to alcoholism, including my Nana, my Daddy, my Mom, my brother in law and my brother Billy on December 17, 2025.

I refuse to stay silent about my recovery because secrecy, shame, and isolation keep people sick.

For far too long, addiction has been something people hide, whisper about, and suffer through alone. I believe recovery deserves to be lived out loud so others can see that healing is possible.

I freely share my experience, strength, and hope with those seeking recovery, believing that no one should be denied hope because of their circumstances.

My goal is to carry a message of healing, faith, and recovery to anyone who is suffering and seeking a new way of life.

My mission is simple: to carry a message of hope to those still struggling and to remind them that a new way of life is possible—one day, one prayer, and one person at a time.
